In honor of his outstanding achievements, Eden’s Desbas, talk show host of “Haiti d’Abord” will be honored by the Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano for his outstanding contribution to community in New York.
Before joining Radio Optimum and Radio Tout Haiti, Edens Desbas hosted Radio Haiti Inter “Mèt Chambrey” for 5 years, attracting thousands of listeners weekly. Edens Desbas has won several awards for radio journalism among other, Radio Optimum Inter Award for excellence in broadcasting, and the Community Award for his outstanding contributions to public radio. He also serves as a National Board Member of Friends of Haiti 2010.
