Press Release from Robert Dietrich

I, Robert Dietrich , am the original developer and investor in the establishment of Abaka Bay Resort S.A.. According to the Dec. 16, 2013 divorce decree involving Melissa Dietrich and myself, it stated that I would be granted all shares which Melissa Dietrich had in her possession as the result of the 2004 formation of Abaka Bay S.A.. Under oath, she stated before Judge Elizabeth Pezzetti that she had no shares in the Abaka Bay Resort. Judge Pezzetti ruled that, if proven that she in fact did have shares in Abaka Bay Resort S.A. as a result of her marriage to Robert Dietrich, Melissa Dietrich would have to turn over those shares to Robert Dietrich.

The fact that Melissa Dietrich sold the shares in Haiti, as proven by a notice published in the January 18-20, 2014 edition of Le Nouvelliste, proves that she, first, perjured herself in a U.S. court of law and, secondly, sold the shares to her father, Fernand Sajous without the approval of all of the resort's directors, as is required by the bylaws. I am one of the four directors of Abaka Bay Resort S.A. , and I vehemently disapprove of and reject the sale because the shares are, in fact, mine, and they give me a total of 50% ownership, or 50 shares, of Abaka Bay Resort S.A..

The December 16, 2013 divorce decree and the January 18-20, 2014 published notice of the sale of these shares proves that what the Abaka Bay directors Fernand Sajous, Margareth Dina Sajous, and Melissa Dietrich have done is in fact illegal and an act of business sabotage against Robert Dietrich. This has apparently been done with the connivance of lawyers Garry Lissade and Salim Succar of the Lissade Law Firm, both of whom participated in and have full knowledge of the legal set up of Abaka Bay S.A. in 2004. They, therefore, also must know that the sale of these shares by Melissa Dietrich to Fernand Sajous is illegal.

I object to this illegal business sale and will request a general assembly of the directors to address this serious breach of the articles of incorporation within the Abaka Bay Resort S.A.. I will also request, through my law firm Leblanc and Associates, that Fernand Sajous be stripped of his title as President of Abaka Bay Resort S.A. for mismanagement in the matter of the sale of these shares, and that I, as Vice President, take control of the day-to-day management of Abaka Bay Resort S.A..
